We currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide via our international logistics partners. Available shipping options and costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your address.

 Please note: Due to logistics constraints, we may be unable to service a very limited number of remote areas or specific countries. If this occurs, the system will notify you. We appreciate your understanding.

 

2. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed and packed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Pre-order/Custom Items: If you purchase an item marked as “Pre-order” or “Custom,” the estimated shipping timeline will be clearly stated on the product page and will exceed the standard processing time.

 

3. Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options. Timeframes are estimated delivery times after dispatch (business days, excluding customs clearance):

Standard Shipping

10-25 business days

Cost-effective, includes tracking number.

 

Expedited Shipping

7-15 business days

Faster delivery, includes tracking number.

 

Important Note: The above are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may be delayed due to customs inspections, holidays, weather, or peak seasons in your country. We have no control over these external factors.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your chosen service, package weight/dimensions, and destination country, and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

 

Free Shipping Promotions: We may occasionally run promotions offering free shipping to specific regions or for orders over a certain amount. Details will be announced on our website.

 

5. Package Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.

You can use this number to check your package status on our carrier’s website or universal tracking platforms.

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update in the system after dispatch.

 

6. Customs, Import Taxes & Duties

As the buyer of an international order, you are responsible for understanding and paying any potential import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by your country.

We cannot predict or control these charges, as they are set by your local government based on the type, value of goods, and local regulations.

In rare cases where a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties, we will issue a refund minus the international round-trip shipping costs and handling fees.

 

7. Order Address Changes & Cancellations

Address Changes: Please contact us via customer service immediately if you need to change your address, before your order is shipped. We cannot change the address once shipped.

Order Cancellations: To cancel an order, please contact us after it’s processed but before it’s shipped. If the order has already shipped, our Refund & Return Policy will apply.

 

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

We work with reliable partners to minimize risks, but issues can occur.

Delivery Issues: If tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time or indicates an exception, contact us. We will assist in initiating an inquiry with the carrier.

Damaged Package: If your package arrives with severe external damage, please take photos before accepting it and contact us immediately. We will work on a solution based on the situation.

Lost Package: If the package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will either reship your order for free or provide a full refund, depending on the circumstance.
